This is the index for information on various file and data formats used in intermittent computing.

===== Purpose =====

At the moment, file formats are in flux and tend to vary heavily from project to project: this results in both difficulty in replicating research as well as significant time spent reinventing the wheel.  This section seeks to address these issues by:

  * Providing a database of existing formats used in existing projects
  * Help provide a set of guidelines and best practices to assist in the development of common data formats and standards
  * Provide a discussion area for data formatting requirements, in the hopes of further developing common formats and standards
